Many hurt in car bomb blast near Peshawar school

Several persons were injured in a car bomb blast which occurred near a private school in Charsadda area of Peshawar early on Thursday morning.Security officials cordoned off the region and the injured were admitted to various hospitals across the city.Eye-witnesses said the bomb was planted in a car which was parked near the school.The blast, which is believed to have been triggered off by a remote control device, was so powerful that it destroyed several vehicles.
